Architect (Alabang)

Responsibilities

  • Assists Tenant Relations in maintaining the smooth facilitation of Mall Operations administrative requirements
  • Receives, coordinates and monitors all tenant operational requirements and documentation between departments
  • Ensures tenants compliance with mall House Rules and Regulation Guidelines

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architectural, preferably with PRC license
  • Required skills: Keen on details, proficient in MS office application and CAD designs
  • At least 2 years of work experiences in related field
  • Work experience in a mall setup is an advantage
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule

Project Engineer (Tagaytay)

Responsibilities

  • Researches, designs and develops machinery and system for heating, ventilating and air conditioning, power generation, plumbing and fire protection, etc.
  • Performs duties related to the evaluation, installation, operation and maintenance of mechanical/electrical system

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with PRC license
  • Required skills: has the ability to implement long range planning, observes standards, and has a problem solving ability, project and goal focus
  • At least 2 years of work experiences in related field
  • Work experience in commercial center is an advantage
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule

Lease Manager (Alabang)

Responsibilities

Leads in:

  • Completing and maintaining mall occupancy
  • Ensuring relevance of the tenant mix of all developments
  • Maintaining rental revenue within or above the approved rates
  • Establishing new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts)
  • With at least 3 years extensive work background on retail/shopping center operations
  • Exposed to brands and trends in the market
  • Understands shoppers’ behavior, needs and wants
  • Able to understand retail development and targeted market as well as in identifying gaps and opportunities
  • Knowledgeable in profitability /financial /budget runs
  • Knowledge in navigating excel, preparing ppt. (or any media format) presentations and decks

Leasing Associate (Alabang / Cebu)

Responsibilities

Works on and assist in:

  • Completing and maintaining mall occupancy
  • Ensuring relevance of the tenant mix of all developments
  • Maintaining rental revenue within or above the approved rates
  • Establishing new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts)
  • Preferably with work background on retail/shopping center operations or fresh graduate with business or communications degree
  • With high regard to customer service
  • Flexibility towards diverse working schedule
  • Exposed to known brands and trends in the market
  • In depth knowledge in navigating and creating logic in excel

Accounting Lead (Alabang)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible in ensuring the timely payment to creditors and that all requests for payments (RFPs) are valid with complete supporting documents/ attachments.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • With at least 3 to 4 years’ experience in accounting function in Mall setup
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications

Business System Intelligence Assistant (Alabang)

Responsibilities

  • Supports the BSI Lead in the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all business systems/software of the Commercial Centers, especially those that are linked to the Financial System.
  • Perform tasks that may be required to support the above mandate including, but not limited to, the following:
  1. Process and policy documentation through an integrated process of process owner documentation
  2. Process review, root cause analysis, and process improvement
  3. Project management to ensure adherence to user/management requirements and to the agreed-upon timeline
  • Collaborates with all the departments of FSI, CTI and external vendors, and customers/tenants (if and when necessary) to help define the operational, technological, and functional requirements of the business units to achieve desired results with and through other units

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  • With at least 6 months or 1-year related experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications

    Accounting Assistant (Alabang)

    Responsibilities

    • Support the accounting department with their day-to-day functions by performing entry-level accounting duties.
    • Primary work focuses on accounts receivable and accounts payable.
    • Help with collections, billing, audits, sales, funds management and journal entries

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
    • With at least 6 months experience in all phases of accounting in mall or store retailing
    • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications

    Amusement Center Lead (Alabang)

    Responsibilities

    • Tasked to conceptualize, implement and see various marketing and operations activities such as:

    A. Birthdays

    B. Events

    C. Group tours and workshops

    D. Sponsorship/Partnership

    E.  Ads and promos

    F.  Operations as a whole (oversee the functions of the ride operators; assist in administrative functions pertaining to agency-related matters, inter-department concerns, and the like)

    Qualifications

    • Must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Marketing, Management or equivalent
    • With at least two years’ work experiences in Amusement Center, Food Chain or Event Management Group
    • Can do hosting
    • Proficient in MS Office applications

    Marketing Assistant (Alabang)

    Responsibilities

    • Handles mall-initiated and third party organized activities and promotions of all commercial centers
    • Responsible for coordination with suppliers and tenants, conceptualization and preparation of events and branding

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of Marketing or Mass Communications or any business course
    • Experience in marketing events and communications is advantage
    • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications

    Graphic Artist (Alabang)

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the creative requirements of the department and the various units to ensure consistency and maintain the image of the mall

    Qualifications

    • College degree in Fine Arts or Advertising Arts
    • Minimum of three years’ work experience in the field of advertising arts, with an ad agency or retail background
    • Highly creative with planning skills
    • Must be able to translate concepts and design to actual product
    • Preferably familiar with various software programs necessary in the design
