01 Order

Fill-out the order form and wait for the order confirmation and store's payment method.

02 Pay

Settle payment directly with the store and send proof of payment to MyShopper.

03 Pick up or Delivery

For Pickup:

Schedule time of pick-up at the Curbside Station located at Civic Drive, Expansion Wing.

For Delivery:

Book a courier and send us complete details through Viber. Courier will pick-up the merchandise at the Curbside Station located at Civic Drive, Expansion Wing on the agreed time.


Payment Details of your chosen store will be forwarded after form submission.
Proof of Payment may be required after payment has been transferred/deposited.
Payment will be confirmed by the selected store.
Frozen and fresh items for groceries are not included in this service.
Upon the submission of the order form, you will receive a notification through the Viber number you have provided. Take note that you can order through MyShopper from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Saturday.
MyShopper service is not available on Sundays and holidays.
The agreed pick-up time will be arranged and confirmed with MyShopper.

Orders can range from grocery items, hardware supplies, bookstore items, over-the-counter medicine and supplements, gadgets, toys, and beauty & wellness products.

There is no minimum purchase required.

Direct payment to the participating store via GCash, Paymaya, or bank transfer.

You may personally pick-up your order from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (lunch break is observed) at our Curbside Pick-up Station or you can have it delivered via courier (which you will book and pay separately).

Grocery items are expected to be ready between 2-3 hours and non-grocery items will be ready within an hour after confirmation of payment or depending on the quantity of your order.

Yes, you may. Kindly send a screenshot of your courier booking details through Viber so that we will know who to expect for your pick-up. Please note the capacity of the courier service with the quantity and size of your order.

The store can only replace an item if it was damaged or defective when you received it. Change of item/ merchandise, especially for apparel (given that it’s still within 15 days from purchase), must be done by the customer along with the official receipt.

It does not apply to this service since it needs the personal presence of the holder together with the said ID.

We can only cater to over-the-counter purchases.
