SENIOR STRATEGIC LEASING MANAGER (OFFICE LOCATION: ALABANG)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring that the rental income and the use of the rentable or leasable areas of the mall is maximized.
- In-charge of the overall management of the lease marketing and lease administration functions of the assigned project property.
- Oversee the full implementation of the approved tenancy mixed zones on assigned projects while keeping the targeted rental rates and sales revenue of tenants.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts)
- With at least 3 years extensive work background on retail/shopping center operations
- Exposed to brands and trends in the market.
- Understands shoppers’ behavior, needs and wants.
- Able to understand retail development and targeted market as well as in identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Knowledgeable in profitability /financial /budget runs
- Knowledge in navigating excel, preparing ppt. (or any media format) presentations and decks.
MALL LEASING ASSOCIATE (OFFICE LOCATION: ALABANG/PAMPANGA/QC/MAKATI
Responsibilities
- Works on and assist in: completing and maintaining mall occupancy; ensuring relevance of the tenant mix of all developments; maintaining rental revenue within or above the approved rates; and establishing new networks and stronger relationships with commercial brands in retail.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course (Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts)
- Preferably with work background on retail/shopping center operations or fresh graduate with business or communications degree.
- With high regard to customer service.
- Flexibility towards diverse working schedule.
- Exposed to known brands and trends in the market.
- In depth knowledge in navigating and creating logic in excel.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Pampanga, Makati or Quezon City.
ACCOUNTING LEAD (OFFICE LOCATION: ALABANG)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the over-all management and recording of mall transactions with regards to general accounting, billing, assets control, budget and financial analysis sections.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- With at least 3 to 4 years’ experience in accounting function in Mall setup.
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (OFFICE LOCATION: ALABANG)
Responsibilities
- Handles planning, project management, financial analysis, and implementation of commercial/ retail projects. Coordinate and ensure the effective provisions within the Division.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Business Management or any other course related to the field
- With at least 3 years work experience in Commercial Center and Retail Management background
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications.
